Stuck and cant move

I was doing a pyramid run when my character suddenly got stuck. I couldnt move or turn at all, i couldnt even attack or cast/deactive my auras. I could still use flasks and hit ESC for the menu. I tried opening a portal and exit through it but that didnt work either As you see in the chat someone suggested i hit SHIFT but i didnt see that until after i looked at the screenshot, so i dont know if this is a known issue.

Same thing happened to me the other day. Even when I left the game and went back in I couldn't move, but at least I was in town. The next day I was able to move.
