Fencing passive skill in skill treee, does it...

apply on dual wield? It say 18% more dmg on single handed weapons, does it work on 2x 1h swords / axes etc? Same question can be asked regarding all other skill that mention no specific single handed weapon or configuration. Does it work on dual wield?

Sorry if this h as been asked before, I did a search but didn't find anything like it in 5 minutes through posts.

edit: One more question for that person that is already a veteran here :) If i take a passive skill from tree that says +30% more evasion - does that apply only on evasion stats on gear or does it also boosts evasion that I got from dext.? I am a duelist now, I converted evasion to armor and it seems like a neat idea to take +30% more armor from that +30% evasion if it takes evasion stat gotten from dexterity. :) Thanks in advance for the replies. :)

Yes. Wielding two 1h weapons will get benefits from One Handed passive skills.
