Dont find the fix for the client exe Problem

Hi
i am real disseponted of this "Technical Support" i read 100 theard from 100 users with the same Problem like me: the crash eveny 10 min when changing instans problem with client.exe in this 100 theard the peopels searching for a support but without succsess so users and the support maybe someone have an option what i could do i reinstall it yet out the texture from 1 to 2 renamed client.exe nothing works real deperade and needing of help thakfull for any helpfull posts |

I thought not. You whine about a problem and don't provide any info for those that would help you. Fyi, post any an all error messages either copy pasted or by taking a screen shot and possibly a dxdiag Ancestral Bond. We try and help everyone that we can, but yes, sometimes threads get missed and sometimes we simply can't fix the problem, but we'll at least try if you're willing to work with us :) |

that's not a log, that's your production_Config.ini, all it shows is what settings your game is using.
A Dxdiag will tell us what your hard ware is like what drivers and all the stuff that may cause crashes. -gc 2 is a command line that helps people with low ram play the game Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi

you need to run the dxdiag first, do so by going into the start icon and typing in dxdiag and hitting enter.
You'll get a window come up and start scanning your configuration, you'll need to tell it if you have a 32 bit OS or a 64 bit OS, there should be a button at the bottom of the window to change it to 64 bit. after it is completed click save all info, and save it on your desk top or download folder. It'll be a txt file, open it up copy it and paste it here in spoilers. Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi
