Problem

Hello guys i got a problem and i didn't find a solution

So when i move to new map / use portal scrool i am stuck at load screen i hear music that is not changing from the map i was and the screen is stuck ..like this game is for me now unplayable any one knows maybe how ot repair it ? or fix ?
