BUG - Grace Period Timer Displayed Incorrectly

I have been unable to replicate this particular bug but I'm posting in case someone else manages to grab a screenshot.

(I had been playing before this period but had to restart the game while changing some mouse settings)

1) I opened Path of Exile and logged in to my level 14 Witch.

2) I either:
- I used the waypoint to port to 'The Prisoner's Gate without talking to anyone.
or
- Spoke to Tarkleigh, took a Summon Skeletons (Level 1) reward, equipped the skill to replace Cold Snap (Level 2), stashed Cold Snap on 3rd page, and then ported to "The Prisoner's Gate"

3) Upon loading the map, I did not move from the spawn point. The grace period timer displayed something similar to '149875431' for a few seconds. This occurred approximately at 1:55PM CST.
