" What's the point of making an item with a scaling stat require level 62? Just make it a level 1 Unique, similar to Goldrims. The +2 Attributes is low enough. Then people would have to choose between Resists vs Life/Damage for twinking alts. :P PS. It should be "10% Reduced Damage", "Damage Reduction" is a defensive stat.
