TUrn off the $%$%* friend notifications

Have you ever tried to mouse over an coral ring to see if its a 20 lifer or a 30 lifer or whatever and you mouse over it, and a freaking player notification pops up so you still can't see the stats, so the notification goes away and you mouse back over the ring on the ground and another player notification pops up and you still cant see the stats, so you finally just pick the ring, find out its a bad stat roll and chunk it before you sigh and continue playing?

If so then you understand why I would like an option to turn these off.

Having said that I think a /f m from D2 (Message all players online on my friends list) would be pretty fun. It still blows me away what D2 brought to the table in terms of the social experience based on how the game worked and the limited, but good features that they made available to players.

Contrast that with D3 where the social experience was just teri-bad based on the way the game worked and the horrid chat support.
