Delay with everything

When i am using my bow i will fire and my arrows will hit enemies but it takes a couple of seconds before doing any damage this was not happening earlier and there is now delay or lag when moving around and its really annoying me anyone else notice this i am at the prisoners gate :) I am getting delay when setting out traps as well now even when there are no enemies around fine with the movement but everything else has a delay now. even when enemies attack me there is a delay before i lose health so now i dont know if im about to die to use a potion i just die this is now i game breaker for me its not my computer because it was working fine earlier please help
