Advice on Armor improvement.

I've got this Sun Plate I've been using and as you see it's still in it's Magic state. I've got a Regal which I'm ready to use on it but do you think I should Alteration it first? I've got about 40 Alts.
Thanks in advance for any comments. I've been moving gems around so its not the best setup. | |
" Save your regal. You will out lvl the armor soon enough. If I'm going to use a regal it got to be at least 4L or greater. | |

not worth regal this and is only 55%
