Life build post nerf still viable?

This is the build I was running before the life got nerfed. As you can see, my passives are all geared towards the life nodes, a couple of elemental resists and all 3 Endurance charges and their sub-charges.

My character's level is currently 30.
The skill gems I am using are Cleave + Multistrike + Blood Magic, Life Hit on Gain (Life Leech in later levels) + Heavy Strike, Vitality, Determination (when I reach 31), Enduring Cry and Warlord's Mark. Portal gem's for portals of course.


My gear is at this moment is:



A max roll Sadima's Touch which I could not get the image to copy over.






I do have a defensive setup that is a sword and a shield and another set of gloves and boots that will come in handy in the later difficulties.


The ideal gear that I would want to use at level 68 would be:
Head armour that has more life and armour, resists and lifesteal.
Kaom's Heart
A set of Gloves that has more life and armour, resists and lifesteal.
A set of Boots that has more life and armour, resists and lifesteal.
Meginord's Girdle or Wurm's Molt or better.
Either Araku Tiki or a higher roll Coral Amulet with more life and maybe lifesteal.
2x Kaom's Sign
Crest of Perandus or better.
High attack speed with lifesteal sword.
2 Life Flasks, 2 Armour Flasks and 1 Mana Flask.

Skill Gems:

Warlord's Mark, Heavy Strike, Multistrike, Cleave, Faster Attacks, Life Leech, Reduced Mana, +20% Quality
Blood Magic, Life Gain on Hit & Vitality need not have quality.
