Cant launch the game

I'm apparently running into a little issue running the game. It opens just fine, lets me log in and create my toon, but when it goes to connect to the server it pops up with the following error: "art/texture/interface/loadingact1.png" : in sorce code file: Resource\TextureResource.cpp at line 91,
Processing file: Art/Textures/Interface/LoadingAct1.png
Error: D3DXERR_INVALIDDATA
Description: Invalid data

Please help me with a fix for this
