Cannot resolve Host Name.....

Looks like a connectivity issue / DNS error to me or a bandwidth issue.

Turn off some of your background tasks.

Try running WINMTR-v0.92 to the patch server listed.



New patch is up 0.9.11b - Fixed a crash in the Patching server.....maybe that will help.

i have a problem to download some file of act 3 in the last patch

Please help
i downloaded the game again, and reinstalled the 3 versions

0.9.11, 0.9.11b, 0.9.11c

could not connect to download files from Act 3 in the auto patcher. :(

192.168.1.1 is your Router....note the 2 - 28ms, next the NO RESPONSE FROM HOST, that should be your modem I do believe or GATEWAY - they are known to kill certain packets, but that does not appear to be the case there.


Turn off the modem, turn off the Router, shutdown the computer.

Power on the modem, when the Upload and download lights are on (not flashing or off) turn on the Router then boot the computer and try it again.


There are anomalies all over your WinMTR which can point to the Computer, Router, Modem, or a severe network issue.

If your running WIFI, your gonna have to go wired.

It is connected by wired. I have an access point with all ports open. Also restart the computer, reset the modem and use the packcheck and winmtg, but returns to the error. i try connecting the pc to another ISP (mobile modem) and re-display the same error. the message says it can not connect to packs because the serfer of path of exile is not responding, particularly in Act 3 packs

i dont have antivirus, firewall or anything
just. i have windows seven ultimate 64 bits

always download patches fine but after 09.2 no longer connects to the server :(

Loss percentages are into the 9% with high times.


Your first report showed 192.168.1.1 as your Router, now it shows 10.0.0.1

Your first report had no Packet loss, the new one climbs into the 9% range.

When I hit the Argentine network, my times almost triple.


I feel like it is something on your machine to tell you the truth....as nothing in the report just jumps at me except what I mentioned.


Rename the Content.gppk file, then re-download it. Not sure, but rightclick the icon and Run as Admin as well.

i reinstall the game, and also tried to rename the package and re-download.
shows another server address IP just because i change the Internet server (i use two Internet services (arnet and skymax). the error also shows me in another pc too
also saw that this bug affects other users
