Double Thief's Torment + Soul Mantle

I heard you can wear 2 Thief's Torments and they will stack. If that is so, does that mean that wearing 2 of them will reduce the penalty from curses down to 0%, or would it be 25%.
Either way, doubling up on them would be pretty good for a Soul Mantle user. |

You cannot wear two of them.

someone on here claimed that you could and that "other ring" means ring of a different name. So you could wear 2 Theif's Torment still. Of course I can't test it, 99% of people can't.

Thief's Torment definitely locks the other ring slot.
If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.
