why some say "rip bozo" when a player gets send to the void?

An honest two cents:

Some people — myself included — can’t help but feel a bit of satisfaction when a player gets sent to the void.
Most players just type “f”, but a minority of us feel a little jolt of schadenfreude.

Why is that? Are we bad people?
I think there are a few underlying reasons.

First, the classic “eat the rich” effect.
Everyone who gets voided is level 100, loaded with currency, and geared far beyond what most players will ever touch. And we envy that.
There are two kinds of envy:

The good kind: “My neighbor bought a new car. I’m jealous — I’ll work hard and get one too.”

The bad kind: “My neighbor bought a new car. I’m jealous — I hope it gets wrecked.”

The game tends to bring out the second type in us.

Second, the Gordon Gekko factor — “greed is good.”
Many players who get sent to the void carry this attitude of “I’m untouchable. I can do whatever I want.”
They push the limits without accounting for bad luck, lag spikes, overconfidence, or plain human error — even as experienced players.

And, frankly, we don’t like the Gordon Gekkos of the world.
You play greedy? Well… see you in the void.

Why does there have to be any malicious intent behind the F or rip bozo etc etc? We play together, we suffer together, bad boys for l..nvm wrong meeting.
i m not one of those guys but im pretty sure theyre just memeing the death.

i dont think nor believe anyone is being malicious when they say it. its more of just laughing it off.

getting sent to the void usually is ENTIRELY the players fault. they chose to ran a void map and they made a mistake or otherwise. thus theyre a bozo.

play stupid games win stupid prizes i guess?
