Bug concerning "Hands of Phrecia" incombination with "Runegraft of the Bound"

Hey

Runegraft of the Bound has 20% increased effect of the Bonuses from Equiped Gloves - this applies to pretty much anything, including giving +12 to max fortification with Celestial Bract.

However, it seems to be bugged as it doesn't scale the up to 40% increased Aura effect from Hands of Phrecia uniqe Gloves.

Has been this way for a while, but it is my first time reporting this bug. Please fix this bug, Link skills already have plenty opportunity cost, they don't need to also be nerfed by a Bug.

My Method of testing:
Have purities running - be linked to a target - check elemental resists
then get the graft - check again - exact same everything
doesn't work on any auras
I don't think a screenshot will be neccessary, as it is very simple to see :)
