Map Worker Rescue Bug – Disconnected and Lost All Level 5 Workers

Content: While playing in Kingsmarsh, my map worker group (6 people, all level 5) was kidnapped. I went to rescue them, but during the rescue mission, I was disconnected to the login screen. My internet connection was stable and not the cause of the disconnect.

After logging back into the game, I was unable to re-enter the rescue instance or choose to rescue them again. As a result, I permanently lost all 6 workers.

This feels like a bug, and I would really appreciate it if the team could look into it. Losing fully leveled workers due to a disconnect is very frustrating.

Its not really a bug but a very unfortunate disconnect. And any kind of crash like this will automatically get sent to GGG so there is not much more to do.

You are just out the 6 mappers as you only get one shot at the fight. Changing that feature would belong in the feedback section as it is working as intended.

This has been a bug since settlers. The instance randomly opens up dead/bricked. I assume you clicked on the portal and it logged you out? Had it happen twice myself.
