QoL: "Level All Gems" button should have an assignable hotkey

The new level all gems button is fantastic, thank you GGG for implementing it.
Having said that, I believe that being able to set our own hotkey for the function would be amazing. The "+" icon next to the gems has always been a tiny target to aim for while in the middle of combat, so having a hotkey would go a long way to making this new feature even better than it already is. " +1. i bound ctrl+Z to open TPs. i feel like a pro whenever i use it. if i can bind a key to level all gems i would definitely learn to use it while leveling. [Removed by Support]
