Async trade problem

I have a some questions about async trade.
While live searching some items( misspricing, low pricing, and most popular items) already apper like "Item is in demand" or already Outdated, but im not click nothing.
So, it means someone already click on teleport and secure the item? How it's possible?

Do you have some plans about it? Maybe you can restrict some trades like 20 trade per hour or so? Bots and guys with scripts for live search have advantage on other players.
