Shield Shatter nova (Shattershard) cannot be moved off of player (Mechanics)

Shattershards Shield Shatter is categorized as a Nova.
It cannot be used with Astral Projector to cause nova's at the enemy location. It cannot be used with runegraft of the Novamark to explode on the marked enemies location. It DOES however work correctly with triggerbots, occuring on the bots location. Please fix.
