Blight Portals can spawn in other-league objects

As the title says, Blight Lane Portals can spawn inside objects for other league mechanics (for example, Settlers Ore deposits) if the two happen to spawn close enough together, preventing relevent monsters moving or being attackable, rendering the Blight encounter impossible to either fail or succeed.

This isn't actionable as a single bug report that's global in scope.

If you encounter this again, using the /bug chat command and including both the bug report ID number (it'll be copied to your clipboard automatically) and a screenshot in your forum post will allow them to investigate what caused that particular zone generation failure and potentially result in a server-side change that prevents such an occurrence again.

But it's essentially playing a game of whack-a-mole - there are potentially thousands of causes for this, each individually being highly unlikely, that need to be fixed one at a time.
