Violent Desire gives chance to impale, might replace effect of impale Ref: 31679446

I noticed that my impale chance went up when the buff activates but that should not be the case as violent desire does not give any increased chance to impale. It does however give increased effect of impales.

The increased chance to impale matches the effect of impales stated on the buff. It might be that it's a description bug and it's meant to say it gives chance to impale not increased effect.
