Unable to put anything into Merchant's tab

Suddenly my Merchant's Tab just broke. I can no longer put any item there, even when there is room. If I take an item out that is already in there, I can not put that item back there either. Items go normally everywhere else, and other players can take them from the guild stash and place them onto their Merchant tabs normally. This seems to occur with all items right now, and the bug persists through logging out and game restarts.

Same problem, but I was able to list and sell items successfully after this post was posted. Lost the ability to put items in merch tab in last 15 minutes max. Items highlight red boxes on hover in merch tab

Has been reported a lot and afaik only started after one of the patches not long ago. It's like the whole tab gets into a remove-only state, but fixes itself after like 5-10 minutes.
