Synaptic Rings & Breachlord Bloodline Ascendancy

Hi,

I've done several testings on Ubers with the rings are equipped and unequipped and I realised on damage wise there are no different for my one click attack damage.

I have no curse active or no penetration on my gear but still damage feels almost exactly the same although ascendancy says "your hits ignore enemy monster lightning resistances if all equipped rings are synaptic rings"

I've also tried using different ring instead of empty ring slot (I thought maybe wording still counts) but no difference again. Damage was the same with empty ring slot vs different rings.

Could you please check this if this is the case?

I did some testing but its always a pain to test with lightning damage ranges.

I have a 0% pen / 0% reduce enemy res character, in the clip I remove one of my rings and DPS for 30 seconds. Then add the ring back and continue.

King of the mists should have 40% lighting res right?

Doesn't feel like my damage increased by 80% to me (40% res -> 0%).
Did some more unrecorded testing and I can't see a difference :(

By any chance OP are you using a phys -> lightning conversion skill like myself?
