Stormcall of Trarthus Bugged - FPS plummets

With woke spell cascade, woke spell echo, and less duration, spamming this skill causes my FPS to drop from 120 to 3-5 in my hideout. I normally have 60-120 FPS throughout the game. This skill is too laggy to play. Something is wrong.
