Constant freezing in town or during breach events

I didnt used to have this issue, but since this league i have been constant hard freezes that require me to quit out of the game and restart, particularly during times of heavy graphic loads and i am unsure what graphic setting i should change to cull this problem as i have turned down most settings to minumum. i have tried updating GPU Drivers to no avail, maybe feels almost worse honestly.

unsure if this is a bug or if there has been some other solution found for this as it is making playing difficult.

running Ryzen 5800x and RTX 3080 12g and 32g of ram
