Missing Mysterious Passive Point in Genesis Tree

Im not sure if this is a bug or something but as the title says im missing 1 point. I only have 3 passive points I got all the other passive points. I killed Vrun gifted all the graftblood and killed breachlord hive twice already

Same thing happened to me. I only have 3 points despite doing the quests and bosses.

There's 4 total:
2 from Graftblood 1 from Boss spawning in-map Hive 1 from running a map with Gland and defeating those bosses I was missing the Gland one until recently as the quest chain doesn't include that it is required for passives. |

Same here, killed bosses from gland, did all 50k graftblood quest, killed the breach mini boss. Still at 3 passives.

I have a similar issue but with the Unique tree. I've looked at Fubgun's video where he goes over the tree setup and compared to mine he seems to have 1 more point in the Uniques tree compared to mine.
I've done everything there was to do with the Breach, killed the bosses 3 times and the mini breach lord countless of times + 50k blood used a long time ago now, but still missing that 1 point. Not sure if his extra point is a bug or the fact that I'm missing one is the bug |
