Please let us equip Invisible Buff Effect MTX on Aspect of the Cat (or phasing in general)

I hate that we can't use the invisible buff effect mtx on the phasing buff, especially when it's applied periodically through aspect of the cat. It's just kinda annoying seeing it flash all the time. Would be great if we could hide it.
