Maeström of Chaos unique map crafting recipe missing.

The crafting recipe "Avoidance and Attributes - Rank 1", located in the unique map Maeström of Chaos is not appearing in the map. I tried running the map in different tiers, mostly through Kirac missions, and I didn't found it in any of the instances.

I also found a post on reddit of someone else stating the same problem, so I'm not the only one who noticed.
