[BUG][MTX/Visual] Stygian Waypoint and new Async Trade interaction.

Description:

When the Stygian Waypoint MTX is active and another player tries to purchase an item from my shop, the chains from the MTX appear at the location where the player teleports to. The chains remain there until the instance resets.

Steps to reproduce:

> Activate the Stygian Waypoint MTX.
> Have another player attempt to buy an item from your shop.
> Observe that the chains appear at the buyer’s teleport destination.
> Notice that they persist until the instance resets.
