Hivebrain Glands Could Be More Appealing

I love the boss encounter, but the rewards are almost nonexistent. You could end up with an interesting or expensive unique item, but outside of that, there aren't any rewards for the player (except perhaps one or two wombgifts you find on your way to the arena).

This is a problem because this encounter consumes the other three possible Breach encounters you could have rolled -- defending Ailith, stabilizing and closing the breach, or destroying the hive fortress -- all of which do provide rewards for the player.

Basically, I don't think there's any point in running Glands right now. I think this sentiment is also reflected in the item's current price on softcore trade (2.40 chaos, as of making this post).

Possible Changes to Make It Rewarding:

- Completion guarantees a considerable amount of graftblood (more than the fortress event)
- Completion guarantees several wombgifts
- Completion has a chance to grant Foulborn currency items (if not already a thing)
- Completion has a chance to grant grafts and graft implants
