Eagon Memory Tear Bugged (Quest)

This is in Keepers League. After completing the first boss in the questline (shaper in moment of loneliness) and finishing the cutscene, Eagon has not appeared in over 50+ maps with the nodes spec'd in and he still has the exclamation point above his head indicating that there is a boss fight. But when clicked I am just spammed with "You do not have the required Quest State to access this area. Super frustrating, can't get the Maven's Invitation: The Forgotten done. Anyone else having a similar bug?

I feel that I am experiencing a similar issue. Trying to complete the feared, and have not seen a memory tear in 50+ maps. Prior to this, I had sequentially found all 3 versions of tears, and then 2x trauma's. But following this, have not seen a tear since in 50+ maps

Post-Keepers Update, Eagon's squatting at my place with an exclamation mark on his head but no maps on his device. Can't find any memory tears either. Can't do memory bosses nor the maven invitation because of this . . . Please fix.

Experiencing the same bug right now. Cannot progress the first tear.

GGG, Please fix this ASAP - people are getting the wrong tear, even with using the atlas blockers. And the descriptions need to be more clear as they are far too cryptic.

I am experiencing the same bug.
Eagon is stuck with an exclamation mark, and Memory Tears are not spawning in maps, preventing progress on the quest and Maven Invitations. Please fix this issue.
->UPDATE:Memory Tear successfully spawned in a T5 map, and my quest is now progressing.
