Ping only in maps after a merchant issu

Hello,
I accidentally clicked "go to hideout" on one of my market trades, and since then my ping has been unstable... I can't figure it out. When I'm in my hideout, I have no ping, but when I'm on a map, my ping skyrockets. If I switch the connection on my phone, the problem disappears. I should mention that my internet connection is excellent, with 4ms on the Paris server. I'm connected via Ethernet cable, so it's not my connection but probably a server bug? Please help!

Little update it work with my connexion with a VPN... WTF???
