Esh & Tul, Arena too restricting
|
I just had it happen, I didn't pay enough attention and got one shot when they were at less than 1% HP. I play a damage over time build, they died while I was in the loading screen. When I returned to the map, the breach was gone.
I don't understand the purpose of the way the Hivegland works. It is interesting that it works different than "just" another map fragment but having such a restriction like "when the boss dies and you leave the room for any reason, the room is gone" just opens up possibilities for unnecessary frustrations. If it is to restrict the acquisition of the bloodline, it is in my opinion just as irritating. For example: I play SSF, I wanted the bloodline on my Saboteur who isn't good at killing bosses. So I had to deal enough damage on my build that is able to do them and make absolutely sure the boss isn't dying on my boss killer in order to cull them with my non boss killer. It is so unnecessarily complicated, why can't the breach/arena just stay open or just screw the design and make it another boss key. And to top it all off, killing the boss doesn't give any Graftblood. I don't get it. I hope it gets changed, it might be a small issue but small irritation add up and degrade the whole experience of an otherwise great league :) Last bumped on Nov 8, 2025, 4:20:51 AM

I just died after killing both of them and it feels kind of stupid. I don't even understand why I died, but still died and now I'm stuck with having to search for the item to start again.
I don't feel like this should be the way it is done, but whatever I guess, I'm not SSF but i feel like losing loot for whatever reason is stupid, I can't get it back and I feel like I deserved that loot. Good thing I didn't need the bloodline, it would've been even more stupid. |

" The thing is, the Hivegland doesn't even contribute anything to the map, it's just an overdesign without any benefits. There is no reason to do the map afterwards. I really hope they take a look into it and just change it into a normal bossfragment. |
