Key Note Iron Grip - Tooltip Damage with Shrapnel Ballista

Hello GGG,

I play a Level 95 Hierophant Strength Stacker with Shrapnel Ballsita + Replica Alberon's Warpath Boots with Iron Will.

Shrapnel Ballista is a "Attack, Projectile, Totem, Bow" Gem.

Does Iron Grip Boost my Damage because the tooltip does not change?
(PoB says ~9% more DMG?)
