Palace map failed to connect.

Opened 5 Palace maps (tier 3) today. 4 of them were bugged: every time i try to enter i get a "Failed to connect to instance" error. Portals dont even get consumed.
The one map that i successfully entered was Kirac's mission in Palace map.
