Respeccing passive tree with gold

I just got Kinetic Rain to play around with, and I don't have enough gold to respec my passive tree, because you guys don't...want us to have too much gold?

Respeccing your passives should just be free at this point. LET US CHANGE OUR FUCKING BUILDS WHENEVER WE FUCKING WANT.

Speaking of getting Kinetic Rain, WHY WOULD YOU GIVE ME A LEVEL 5 GEM AT CHARACTER LEVEL 34 WHEN THE LEVEL 5 GEM REQUIRES LEVEL 40??? GET YOUR FUCKING SHIT TOGETHER.
