Failed to Connect to Instance AND This action requires you to be logged in NON-STOP Errors

I cannot complete the campaign because every new zone I enter logs me out 99% of the time giving me the errors:

"Failed to connect to instance" or "This action requires you to be logged in"

I have over 3000 hours on POE and I have never had this issue and My internet is working fine.

Things I have tried:

Clearing Cache
Flushing DNS
Re-installing
Verifying Game Files
Changed game to "Predictive"
Re-started Router
Checked game for all drivers/updates
Restarted Computer
Verified game can bypass firewall settings

NOTHING IS WORKING

Does anyone know how to fix this? I have to run through a zone on average 8 times before i can finally load into the next one. 99% of the time i get to a new zone, and it instantly logs me out. I re-enter the game back in town and have to run all the way through the zone again to hit the next zone portal only to be logged out again. The game is actually unplayable.
