Strange ping

When I play sometimes game goes really smooth, and sometimes it gets really laggy with ping spiking and going back to normal over and over multiple times per second. It gets really unplayable sometimes.
I am playing on Stockholm, but this problem is consistent with any server with deicent ping for me. This problem is present in the game for multiple leagues now, at least 3 last leagues I cosistently run into it. This problem happens both for PoE1 and PoE2.
Yes, i am using VPN, but it is in split-tunnel mode and PoE traffic does not go through it. Also, I tried turning it off and problem still appears.

Having the exact same issue. It`s not ping, the server is lagging and causing the game to move really slow until it clears up and you move superfast for a while, then its back to stuttering and moving at snail`s pace. Tried London/Amsterdam/Stockholm and its the same. Stable ping when pinging with cmd pingtest, so not a internet issue on my end.

Look at the speed of the pet in the beginning and I can`t move until it gets really fast then slows to a crawl again.

At the start of the league, these constant problems are discouraging me from playing. I've been having this problem for a few hours and I watched a stream on twitch.tv the streamer was having the same problem.
