search_query_save.json in ETrade folder in Path of Exile

Onedrive is uploading/taking care of the dokuments folder on my PC. But when i looked on my app in the taskbar i noticed it had uploaded a file called "search_query_save.json" to ETrade.

Search the computer and found a folder in the path of exile directory called ETrade.

Is this connected to the autotrade, The market or someting ?
