armour stacker scion

I have an armour stacker scion in std. It has March of the legion equipped with Grace and Vaal Smite as aura gems to grant buffs also i'm using Whispers of infinity amulet. While before the new league's patch when i pressed my Grace divine blessing buff in maps my es was insta refill and i didn't notice any significant drop in it now while mapping and pressing grace divine blessing my es is dropping and it's very slow refilled during that time leaving my char almost with no defense and very often getting it killed (before that wasn't the issue since i manage to lvl up to 99). I've made no changes in items or passive skills tree or gems after the patch and i don't see any changes in patch notes affecting my es recharge rate.
