Party member unable to interact with Delve Cart to return to camp

Party member unable to interact with Delve Cart even after both have progressed the delve missions. We are both at monster level 76+ and the party member is still unable to interact with the cart to go back to the mine encampment or even see a preview of the owners delve map.
