twitch drop not recieved

i have watched hours of stream and clicked "accept".

and i have yet to recieve the new drop "Breach Character Effect" and "Treasurer Hideout Decor"

and also "Cloak of the Abyssal" from POE2 was not given to me either.

If you have not tried this already, go to the following page after logging into the Path of Exile website. It will confirm both which drops were activated from Twitch and that your Twitch account is connected.

It has often been the case that going to this page helps nudge the server into recognizing or activating your twitch rewards. I can't guarantee that it will resolve your issue, but it might.
