T16 Maze + Deli + Breach = Massive Jitter

Issue was noticeable the moment you walked into the portal.

Other maps have been fine with same scarabs.
Friend joined to confirm.
Hideout is fine.
FPS on my computer is fine.
Walking about in the map, it was jittery, running at like 3-4 frame-rate.
