Breachlord Limbs did not drop

Breachlord Limbs did not drop when I completed Hive Colony for the first time. After that I complete the Hive Colony again but the item still not dropped.

Same issue, 3 days of not being able to spec my bloodline or complete the genesis tree.

I have the same problem. Killed them 3 times now and no limbs.
