Animate Gardian of Smiting impacted by new monster changes?

AG of smiting damage seemed off compared to PoB, it looks like damage effectiveness doesn't work anymore on the AG (now showed on the new pob version) and normal attacks does the same damage as the smite...

As it is not written anywhere that AG of smiting was nerfed, I guess it is an unintended change or bug?

It feels like AG skill was treated the same as the changes on monsters and spectres but it is now unplayable...

Could you please, tell if is an intended nerf or if it will be corrected?
