SHIELD CHARGE DISCONNECTION BUG

There is an area in The Library map near Siosa where I face constant disconnection and account reversal (I had level up to 37 3 times after disconnection) making the quest unable to be completed.

I found of the problem is not The Library area, but it's actually the Shield Charge skill getting me disconnected, please check!

It's not shield charge, it's monastery bell that causes disconnect.
