Turn off rare mob tp mode!!!(HH/inspired learing, etc)

It's fing disgusting to play with this, i can't step normally on 9/10 of maps with this often mode where i tp to any mod randomly. I can't normally activate legions that way, i get extra hits that way, i activate league mechanics which i don't want to use or want later but ruin ALL of that this way.


And mainly, it'svisually disgusting and give me eyesore in game like poe1, where already ton of effects/mobs on screen and i can't get what is going on

I'll keep going, and many will follow suit, until forums would be filled with this request and GGG makes smg. I've done it myself 5-10 times over past 5-10 years. They don't play their game at this level and don't understand how bad it is
