You forgot to remove Soul-Eater

Everyone makes mistakes, but you forgot to remove this modifier to NPC's. It nears impossible to deal with them, especially when in Breaches.

Yeah, this is still an issue. Either put a low quantity cap on it, or remove it. Preferably the latter, since it adds no merit to the game.
