Make the Cadiro hideout MTX also be able to ID things

Title. It's kinda awkward at the moment to get used to Helena being my merchant instead of Cadiro from a supporter pack MTX from a while ago. He comments on your gear, so he knows what it is. Only makes sense that he could ID it too.
