Merchant Tab Big Problem

I had a premium tab in PoE1 prior to 3rd Edict launch. When Keepers launched it was there. I went on the website yesterday to upgrade it for "free". Turns out my premium sell tab went to remove-only and is now unusable. Also, Faustus in Act 6 or in Kingsmarch/Karui Shores does not give me an option to create or open merchant shop. Best part is, I can't even list items the old-fashioned way because my premium tab is remove-only. So at this point I am unable to sell at all going forward without spending more $$$.

Quick update: Faustus did show up in my hideout after reaching endgame. Had me worried that something glitched out. Post can be closed. Thanks for the info.
